Tim Jones
Managing DirectorAs Managing Director of OCS, Tim Jones leverages his strong operational background and deep expertise in eCommerce cross-border logistics, a focus he has developed since joining the company in 1988 and becoming Managing Director in 2002. His leadership was pivotal in the 2008 management buy-out with Lance Farr. Today, he continues to steer the company's success and growth within the complex landscape of international online commerce.


Lance Farr
Finance DirectorLance trained as a Chartered Accountant in the City of London before moving to Luxembourg to work in investment banking. In 1995, he joined TNT in Amsterdam, marking the beginning of a career in parcel distribution. He spent the late 1990s as part of TNT’s management team in Johannesburg, followed by a leadership role in the company’s postal division. In 2003, Lance joined OCS, where he played a key role in the management buyout alongside Tim Jones in 2008. Known for his passion, forward-thinking mindset, and ability to facilitate change, Lance brings a wealth of international experience and strategic insight to his role as Finance Director.


Roberto Cinti
Operations DirectorRoberto (Rob) is a driven and results-oriented Operations Director with over 13 years’ experience in the fast-paced world of eCommerce, fulfilment, warehousing & logistics, all within the OCS Business. Rob is a living example of promotion from within, starting his OCS journey as an Operations Clerk, moving through the ranks to become Operations Director in April 2024. Customer and consumer focused, its all about the customer experience and with Rob’s natural ability to optimise operational activities, streamline processes and provide compliant parcels ready for export.


Paul Scratchley
Sales & Marketing DirectorWith over 35 years in domestic and international logistics, Paul has been fortunate to work with some of the UK’s leading eCommerce brands such as Marks and Spenser, ASOS and the Debenhams Group. Working in a corporate environment as well as overseeing and building start-up brands, one of Paul’s proudest moments in his logistics career, was the development and build of one of the UK’s first returns network, pioneering the way for Parcel Shops and Locker Networks within the UK. Having managed sales teams in the UK, America and Europe, Paul’s DNA has been very much influenced by eCommerce, spending the past 15 years growing and developing this consumer-focused discipline within Global eCommerce delivery.


Steve Sidhu
Head of Client AccountsWith over 20 years of experience in courier and international logistics, Steve brings a calm, client-first approach to every relationship he manages. Starting his journey in business development, he’s grown within OCS Worldwide to become Head of Client Accounts — leading a dedicated team that focuses on long-term partnerships and delivering real value for clients. Steve has worked across both government and private sectors, and is known for building trusted relationships with brands like Boxraw, Tower London, Passenger, and Bravissimo. He takes pride in understanding what matters most to each client and making sure the solutions always deliver — not just on time, but on point.


Agata Czoch
Fulfilment Operations ManagerAgata oversees the daily operations of our fulfilment centre in Coventry, ensuring that every step — from picking to dispatch — runs efficiently and meets the delivery promise made to the consumer. With over a decade of experience in logistics and warehouse management, Agata plays an important role in keeping our processes running smoothly and being responsive to those special needs all customers have.


Major Saini
Head of Carrier ManagementJoining OCS Worldwide in June 1990, there isn’t a job Major hasn’t done in almost 35 years with the business. He started his career as a Trainee Operations Clerk, quickly ditching his trainee status to become one of the operations supervisors and then on to Manager before he took up the role of Exhibitions and Logistics Manager, arranging the delivery and set up of exhibition stands and marketing material for displaying companies all over the world. Today, Major looks after the relationships with Line Haul and final mile delivery partners, as well as supporting our teams of customs brokers and clearance agents, the lynch pin in the OCS eCommerce machine. Married, with two grown up children, Major relaxes in his garden, tending to his plants and lawn and for a real break, his favourite destination holiday is Dubai.


Jasdeep Bansi
Finance ManagerWith over 15 years of experience in the logistics industry, Jas is an experienced Finance Manager with extensive expertise in financial planning, cost control, and strategic business support. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered strong financial oversight to drive efficiency and profitability. Jas focuses on enhancing internal controls and streamlining financial processes, contributing to improved performance across operations. His leadership has played a key role in supporting business growth and operational excellence. Known for his analytical insight and collaborative approach, Jas plays an integral role in guiding financial strategy and supporting senior leadership across the organisation.


Jason Wills
Customer Experience ManagerDrawing on over 15 years in customer-facing roles, across a range of industries, Jason brings a complete focus to delivering an outstanding customer experience to OCS clients. With 8 years’ experience at OCS, starting as a Customer Service Executive and rising through the ranks to Customer Experience Manager, Jason has developed an integral knowledge of Global eCommerce and deep understanding of all elements of the OCS operation, both of which are invaluable to the wider OCS team. In turn, Jason leads our customer experience team with a hard-working, customer first ethos to deliver a comprehensive, personalised and efficient customer experience.


Lewis Andrews
Business Development ManagerWith over five years of experience in global logistics and a real passion for eCommerce, Lewis enjoys helping brands find smarter, more reliable ways to deliver to their customers. As Business Development Manager at OCS Worldwide, he draws on time spent with companies like Lyle & Scott and Kuehne + Nagel - working across the UK, US, and Europe - to create shipping solutions that actually fit how modern retail works. Whether it’s building out 3PL, cross-border, or fulfilment strategies, Lewis focuses on what makes the biggest difference: clear communication, honest advice, and solutions built to last. He’s all about long-term partnerships and helping brands grow with confidence.


Gary Billingham
Depot Manager (Coventry)Gary has worked for the OCS business for over 30 years, starting as a driver before moving into the operational side of the business. Gary became manager of the UK OCS Depot Network, before consolidating the locations into a super hub, including our fulfilment centre, based at Coventry in the West Midlands. Today, as well as having overall responsibility for our Coventry site, Gary manages the trailers and units that run the OCS network into Europe on a daily basis, connecting with delivery partners to offer great access to the European Union and our closest trading neighbours.


Samson Buwu
Customs Compliance ManagerWith over 34 years of industry experience, Sam leads OCS Worldwide's compliance team specialising in all customs matters and regulatory compliance. Sam bring a meticulous, solution-oriented approach to customs, ensuring operations align with complex international trade regulations. Sam takes pride in supporting seamless, compliant, supply chain processes whilst fostering collaborative relationships with regulatory bodies and business partners. Beyond his professional life, Sam is an avid chess player with a keen interest in history, global affairs and the Christian faith.
