If your parcels are being held by a countries customs team, OCS Worldwide cannot influence its release and the parcel can only continue on its journey once customs are satisfied that the parcel meets in country compliance.

If you are looking for an exchange, or refund for your item, please contact the retailer, or supplier that you purchased the goods from. OCS Worldwide is a carrier partner and cannot initiate a refund or an exchange.

If you would like the address changed or amended on your parcel, again, please contact the retailer or the supplier who sold you the goods. OCS Worldwide cannot make changes to any addresses in flight.
