Fuel Surcharge Policy

At OCS Worldwide, we apply a fuel surcharge that reflects on-going fluctuations in global fuel prices. This ensures we can maintain reliable service while adapting to market conditions.

How It Works

Our fuel surcharge is based on the average monthly U.S. Gulf Coast (USGC) spot price for Kerosene-Type Jet Fuel, published by the U.S. Department of Energy. Each month’s rate is calculated using prices from two months prior.

Current Surcharge – July  2025

• Express Services: 24.50%
• eCommerce Services: A fixed surcharge applies across all eCommerce lanes, currently 8%

• March 2025: 27.00%
• February 2025: 25.00%
• January 2025: 24.50%

OCS Worldwide reserves the right to adjust fuel surcharges in line with market movements. All adjustments are made with the aim of maintaining fairness, transparency, and continuity of service.
