Our recommended last collection dates for a pre-Christmas delivery, using our International eCommerce services* are:

•  Australia (Premium) Tue. 9th December  –  Delivery Aim – 7-12 working days

•  France (Premium) Sat. 13th December  –  Delivery Aim – 3-5 working days

•  Ireland (Premium) Sat. 13th December  –  Delivery Aim – 3-4 working days

•  Germany (Premium) Sat. 13th December  –  Delivery Aim – 3-4 working days

•  Austria (Premium) Sat. 13th December  –  Delivery Aim – 4-5 working days

* While every measure will be taken to achieve a pre-Christmas delivery, OCS cannot be held responsible for customs delays or misidentification of goods using incorrect HS codes leading to delay or return of parcels. Shipments are subject to our normal terms and conditions and may be subject to delays at this time of year. We recommend shipping as early as possible to ensure a pre-Christmas delivery.

Orders entrusted to OCS will continue to move throughout the holiday period including Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year’s Day.

Express and Priority orders are despatched daily, excluding 25th December.
