Disruption and Service Suspension in the Middle East

Further to our notification regarding Israel and due to recent developments in the Middle East, we have been advised that the airspace over several countries, including Israel, Jordan, Iran, and Lebanon, is currently closed. Our service to these locations is therefore suspended, including any parcel that might be in transit. The safety of your customers parcels is our highest priority and we are developing our operations in response to these regional events.
As a result, you may also experience potential delays on parcels to the following destinations:
Armenia, Egypt, Ghana, Iraq, Ivory Coast, Kuwait, Nigeria, Qatar, Türkiye & U.A.E.
Please be assured that we are taking all possible measures to minimise disruption to your service and the receipt of parcels by your customers. Our Operation & Logistics teams are actively working on alternative routes and our Customer Experience team will provide you with a specific update if your current shipments are directly affected.
