Returns are unfortunately a part of every eCommerce life cycle. Providing the consumer with a straightforward and convenient returns solution is just as important as every other part of the customer journey.

OCS Worldwide takes a simple view of returns, making it easy for both the consumer and retailer to access a sustainable returns platform for a time-sensitive return on a consolidated basis and for the resale of the goods.

Through the OCS Returns Portal, which is retailer branded, we already have everything we need to offer your customer the ability to manage and process their returns.

Using the single data set of information provided at the time of dispatch, OCS Worldwide serves the consumer an inventory of items they ordered and asks them to select the item(s) they wish to return.

The consumer can choose from a variety of return methods, selecting the one most convenient to them:

  • Hand their parcel to their local mail person or place in their mail box for collection.
  • Take it to a designated collection point.
  • Take it into a Post Office.
  • Arrange for a collection (additional local charges may apply).
